The longest Minecraft tunnel is 10,502 blocks (equating to 10,502 metres), and was achieved by Lachlan Etherton (Australia), at EB Games store, in Greenwith, Australia, on 3 August 2013. The tunnel digging/minding took around 50 minutes to do. The lighting of the tunnel took 20 minutes and the walk through of the tunnel to complete the record attempt took 10 minutes.
